Specifically designed for OR and Office ENT

  • Table-top, Battery operated (Rechargeable)
  • Portable, Wireless footswitch
  • Excellent coagulator (940nm, minimal to no blood)
  • Direct, unobscured visualization (you see what you treat)
  • Ultra-thin disposable tip (400 micron, fully malleable)
  • Only one disposable (from the back of the nose to the nasal vestibule)
  • Pin-point precision, targeted therapy (no collateral ablation)

The epic-S 940nm diode laser is designed as a power tool for treating nasal and oral cavity tissues. It allows users to control the power output with settings up to 10W. epic-S tissue ablation can be applied in three different modes: tissue contact, non-contact, and interstitial. This level of control allows for site-specific tissue ablation, which in most cases can result in minimal bleeding. Procedures performed with the epic-S can be less painful and typically increase patient’s comfort and shorter recovery times. The epic-S delivers its ablating energy via 100mm long, fiber optic ENTipsTM, which are malleable with a diameter of only 0.4mm.

Using the epic-S with its ENTipsTM results in:

  • Easy access and navigation to hard-to-reach anatomies
  • Improved visualization and
  • Minimized tissue trauma and patient's discomfort

EASY TO USE

The epic-S diode laser is a versatile treatment powerhouse in a small footprint. Using a vivid touch-screen user interface, accessing treatments, and setting the power output is as simple as pressing a button.

CLINICAL ADVANTAGES

Full physician’s-controlled, pin-point targeted ablation, preventing collateral ablation of unrelated tissues which can result in lower pain, less tissue trauma, and shorter recovery.

ECONOMIC ADVANTAGES

  • Lowest disposable ENTipsTM cost
  • Requires only single disposable ENTipsTM for multiple ablating procedures

RELIABILITY

  • Made in the U.S.A.
  • Designed and built with a solid state, diode technology, leads to a long-term warranty of an extremely reliable product with minimal, to no downtime
